    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    The class is fun and you have to concentrate on the dance-like choreography, then afterwards you can tell it was a surprisingly effective workout with a bit or soreness in lots of places. The second half incorporates weights which is great. Very upbeat music (though wish it were a little quieter) and nice people.

    Sara was really lovely. The ambiance was nice as well. This was a sculpt class so it had workout circuits with a bit of yoga mixed in. It was the perfect level of difficult but achievable and Sara provided alternate poses/exercises if we needed accommodation. Thanks Sara!

    TONEd DOWN: An Intro to btone

    The toned down class is great for beginners. Got there a few min early and Jessica explained all the components of the equipment and placements of hands and feet. I was able to take the machine right next to her during class which helped a lot. Great strength workout in 45 min without a ton of cardio so really enjoyed it. Would definitely go again.
