see all reviewsI really liked the way Jill taught and the flow of this class. It was a good balance of challenge, movement, relaxation, and mobility. I am very fit but don't usually take yoga classes but will be back for this. The gym itself is really nice -- they provide everything you need. Get there early to sign the waiver though, and get a good yoga spot since the class was completely full.

Her instructions were so easy to follow and she was always ready to show you a visual of the movement if you need it. 10/10 recommend anyone who wants more of a challenge to take this class!

These classes are difficult in that you feel the burn quickly, but easy in that the movements are supported by the machine and once you move on to the next thing, it doesn’t hurt anymore! It’s my new favorite workout, and she’s my new favorite instructor!
