She is motivating and engaging the entire time, and I like that she shouts out people in the room by section and even by name. Spicy Sundays are now a must in my weekly routine. Highly recommend.

see all reviewsCan’t rave enough about Sweat Bmore! They really make an effort to get to know you. You’ll will always come out of that workout super sore but feel significantly stronger afterwards. It happened that I was the only person who showed up in the class today. Coach Nihal and Blake were cheering me on and doing the workouts with me the entire time so that I didn’t feel alone. Love the class! 10/10 recommend!

He’s very knowledgeable and has an encouraging delivery. He also does some one-on-one mitt work and modifies based on your skill level. The space is a beautiful old Fells Point building and the studio has high-quality equipment. I highly recommend any of the RVN classes!
