I felt like I was able to push myself while still enjoying every moment. Can’t recommend enough! Will definitely return. Street parking was also easy to find for the morning class.

The space is fantastic, with the open turf arena and plenty of room for the class stations. The workout was challenging, music was great, and Jen took the time to help me with exercises that I wasn’t familiar with. I’ll definitely go back!

Glad I did - even though I have experience boxing im nothing close to a professional and I consider this very beginner friendly. The instructor, Wayne, took time to focus on my classmates and myself to make sure we had good form in both boxing and strength training. Really happy to have a boxing gym nearby, will be back.
