    Sean was an incredible instructor! He certainly encouraged us to push ourselves and try new, harder poses, but he also gave plenty of options for those like me who are new or getting back into our yoga practice. I can’t wait to come back, this is one of the most challenging but rewarding hot yoga classes I’ve done and I am proud of myself for how I gave this class my all.
