Move with ease through a gently-paced, highly accessible flow class designed to cultivate strength, enhance flexibility, relieve stress, and calm the mind. A great place to start for those newer to yoga, recovering from injury, or just seeking a relaxed pace. Generous time is given to warm-up and cool down, with modifications taught along with the full expression of the poses. All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.

How to prepare

Please check the location of your booked class, and arrive 10 minutes early to sign-in. Doors lock promptly when class begins; students arriving late may not be admitted. Turn off phones and devices before class. You are expected to stay for the duration; if you need to leave early for any reason, please tell the teacher when you sign-in. If you have any injuries or conditions, let your teacher know before class begins so they can help you modify appropriately. We have mats to lend for free, water coolers, and changing areas at each studio.

How to get there

Driving from Center City, head south on Broad Street towards Mifflin Street. Turn left on Mifflin. Continue 3 blocks towards East Passyunk Avenue. Turn left on East Passyunk. The studio will be on your right. Accessible via Septa Bus Rt 45 and Rt 4 and walking distance from Broad Street Line, Tasker/Morris station. Walking distance from Indego bike share station at the intersection of Passyunk & Broad.

What is ClassPass?
