Free Parking is in the Neiman Marcus lot unless you want to valet at the Joule. We did some TRX and kettlebell work, but it felt more like boot camp.

Mackenzie Lear is such a badass! The class was difficult to complete, but Mackenzie was patient with correcting form and suggesting adjustments for people who were struggling.

Tough class but the instructor was so helpful! She made sure everyone had the correct form and if the moves were too difficult, she would come up with an alternative. Highly recommend.

Natalie was wonderful! This was my first class and I really enjoyed it. 100% feel like jello and wont be able to move tomorrow but it was a nice change!

Great class and instructor! Some of the exercises are more challenging for me but it motivates me to keep improving! Its a smaller class with plentiful repetition, which helps you focus and actually try learning the exercises that are challenging- in a not-so-intimidating environment:)

Mackenzie is very patient. Totally nubie at TRX and I was so challenging. You only think youre strong until this class. Shes encouraging and helps with modifications. I cant wait to go back and watch my strength grow. Also. The cold lightly scented towel at the end is all you really need in life. Vital really is an amazing experience.

Great instructor, Im a total newbie to kettlebells and have dabbled in TRX. This workout was intense. I was joking with some of them and I told them that for a moment there I regretted listing myself as my own emergency contact haha!! A fast paced circuit workout, would love to go back again. Caitlin played awesome music too.
