About this studio

Pilates is fantastic but One Lagree is a different workout entirely. Though both are low impact and strengthen the core, The Lagree Method™ is performed at a much higher intensity with cardiovascular elements. The Lagree Method™ combines strength, cardio, balance, core and flexibility not only in each session, but in every single move. This makes for a workout that's both effective and efficient. We offer our 45 minute ONE class which is for all levels. We also offer an Arms and Abs class, which is an advanced class for athletes who are familiar with the megaformer and have previously taken class at the studio.

Please bring grip socks with you to class. Also be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after your One Lagree workout.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
