Class is challenging especially if you have no experience in TRX. However, there is the option of modifications

Maybe one of the worst workout classes I’ve ever gone to. Instructor (Romeo) barely gave any instructions in this circuit-style workout and expected people to just know what to do... granted, many were regulars, but that shouldn’t impede the ability to give everyone a chance to participate and benefit from the class. Vague direction, poor class engagement and overall lacklustre approach - won’t be back.

Great class with a full body workout. Hanna is really good at explaining the exercises and motivating the class. Gym is very welcoming and clean. I am by no means in shape and I feel challenged without feeling intimidated. Highly recommended for all levels.
