About this class

Must Pre-register by 10:00pm the night before in order to take this class. The original Barre Code class is a 50-minute full-body workout, targeting the arms, abdominals, thighs, and glutes and includes intermittent blasts of cardiovascular conditioning. The class is comprised of isometric holds, heavy repetition, and deep stretching in order to shape and lengthen muscles. Each class incorporates different props and equipment to aid in resistance and stretching. Barre Code emphasizes working the muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance, while the cardio blasts ensure a complete and well-rounded workout.

I did not love the sequence of this class. I have done Barre Code in the Design District many times and I enjoyed that a lot more. I think I just didn’t mesh with this instructor’s style.

Daniela is my new favorite instructor here. Her workout was the most challenging I have experienced at this location, and she was extremely motivating and upbeat. You’ll be feeling the burn during the entire class!

Lindseys class was definitely a challenge and I left shaking! Her tempo seemed off from the music so I felt like I was either lagging behind or ahead part of the time

Definitely felt the burn! Unfortunately, Lindsey was off tempo the entire class and her cues were a little odd. For a normal fitness class this isnt an issue however in barre following the beat of the music is key to a good class.

This class was supposed to be an hour but ended promptly after 45 minutes (incl. stretching). The instructor was sweet but the workout itself was not very challenging.

We apologize you did not enjoy your class with us. All of our classes are actually 50 minutes long and not a full 60 minutes. Our routines change weekly and every instructor has a different routine. We hope you give us another try!

Class is awesome! You feel the burn and Kiersten explains everything so well. She stayed after class and redid positions with me because I had questions. The Barre Code Dallas is my favorite discovery using Class Pass!

Definitely a good arm workout, wished we had done more core, thighs, and glutes. Meredith is kind and motivating - an excellent instructor!
