About this class
Their 60-minute interval training class that mixes cardio conditioning & core-intensive full body exercises. Most exercises are with body weight but sometimes with various weighted devices (bars, medicine balls, bands & dumbbells) that will ensure a challenge you just can't get working out alone. All levels welcome! Be ready, it's part outside and part inside. Athletic shoes required.

How to prepare
Cycle shoes are optional for spin classes. All bikes are equipped with shoe cages and straps, or cycling shoes are available for rent at the studio for $3. A Mat and large towel are required for barefoot burn classes. Mat rentals are available for $2 and large towels for $1. Shower towels also available to rent for $1.
How to get there
Look for the signs that lead you to parking for COVER 3, and you will see us a few doors down!
