About this class

These sessions are geared for either the CrossFit athlete looking to refine their Olympic Lifts or someone getting started in the sport. 101 sessions are a great starting point to work on technique without needing to be working towards a competitive level. Classes are 60 minutes.

Barbell Fundamentals with Justin
I took this class after 5 years of no lifting. Needless to say, I was very nervous to jump back in. I'd say this is a perfect class for those like me or those looking to get back to basics and improve their form. Justin is a great instructor and really took the time to help me with my form and technique. I would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

How to prepare

Expect a clean and functional space, featuring an entire renovation in fall 2017; including a pro-shop, pre/post class lounge space and refueling options. Basic workout clothes are more than fine. They often train in skate shoes; simple and flat so that your feet can get strong. Bring a water bottle, but towels are on them!

How to get there

They are located at 1229 Chestnut Street, below the Adelphia House Apartment Building near the corner of 13th St. Come on down and get after it!

What is ClassPass?
