My instructor was really helpful in correcting my form when I was there for the first time! I appreciated the weight training and I feel like this class met my goals!! Bathrooms are limited.

That being said it is extremely adaptable to your fitness level and needs and Sofia gave multiple options for each pose to make it work for you. If you get lost in the movements just watch folks around you and you’ll pick it up.
