This unique workout combines cardio, strength training, barre and flexibility for an intense, but effective 45 minutes that can be tailored for any exercise level. overall, fun quick class. it was crowded when I arrived, I was on my way to reschedule the class and the instructor came out and welcomed me into the classroom by making space. the music was upbeat and a great way to start ny day!
The Remix Method with Brynn
Brynn was so friendly and helpful explaining how the class was structured! The workouts were the perfect balance of fun and challenging, and there were different levels so everyone could be comfortable. Music was great and class went by so quickly! Will definitely be taking this class again!

What is ClassPass?
