Vinyasa (Open Level) with Alicia
alicia's class was amazing! a perfect example of what an open level class should be, with encouragement and options for all levels of yoga experience. and it was fun and relaxing, too!
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Janice
Great class! I know she was a sub but I’d love if she had a regular class.
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Claire
Great class! Clair is great and the front desk staff is awesome - the studio is nice inside - only complaint is it is FREEZING cold in the studio - and it affected my ability to practice - if it’s winter make sure you dress warmly!
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Claire
Claire’s class always helps me re-center, and I feel amazing after. Great tunes too!
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Luisanna
Great class, great studio! Would recommend.
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Alicia
Very nice flow, good for beginner/intermediate. I’m not a fan of hot yoga classes but I was cold for the entire hour in this studio.

Claire is my favorite yoga instructor!
Vinyasa (Open Level) with James
Really good instructor, but the room was FREEZING (it was an exceptionally cold day)
Vinyasa (Open Level) with James
Studio has a nice community vibe/no frills, but there is a playground/youth center out back and the noise/screaming was extremely distracting when trying to have a quiet and peaceful class.
