*NEW* Pop Barre/HiiT at Pop Physique
About this class
Ease into an hour of strength and interval training with a fun dynamic warm up. Next, flow into upper body strength exercises and then prep for some HIIT (high intensity interval training) at the barre! Ballet inspired HIIT exercises involving plyometrics in short bursts for a fun and challenging workout. Followed by more strength work for glutes and abs, and finishing with a well deserved stretch. Come kick butt and leave feeling accomplished. This is a high intensity workout and not for beginners!

How to prepare
Pop's Toronto location is bright and airy with two studios, complimentary showers fully equipped with natural body wash, shampoo and conditioner, plus towels and hair dryers. Classes are equipped with weights, blocks, straps and mats. Clients should wear comfortable and close-fitting workout wear (leggings, tank top) and must wear socks in the barre class. You should prepare to have fun and work hard!
How to get there
Pop Physique is located at 1560 Yonge St in Delisle Court, just north of St Clair Ave on the west side of Yonge St between Delisle Ave and Heath St. Pop Physique is on the second floor above Dollarama and Popeye's (insert joke). There are steps to the second floor on Yonge St beside Dollarama and an escalator and elevator to the second floor just inside the court on the other side of Dollarama. Green P Parking is directly behind Delisle Court between Delisle Ave and Heath St, with covered access to Delisle Court.
