Classroom was cold and instructor didn’t go through the flows with us
Yoga Stretch and Restore with Colleen
Poor music choice, it was the opposite of restorative. Wasn’t a good flow
Yoga Stretch and Restore with Helanah
Helanah is wonderful, the sequence was great. I wish the stretches were a bit more intense but her warm energy made up for it!
Yoga Stretch and Restore with Colleen
Amazing deep stretch that cleared my mind at the end of a stressful work week. Definitely plan to return.
Yoga Stretch and Restore with Colleen
It was a guided stretch, which was nice. But I would’ve liked a bit more actual yoga. The closest we got to a pose was child’s pose. A lovely way to unwind but not a yoga class at all.

Excellent

Very relaxing! Loved that the class (1:15 on Friday) wasn’t jam packed like a lot of the other classes at PPY.
Yoga Stretch and Restore with Colette
This class was nice but not heated as advertised.
