How to prepare

For dance fitness programs, dance sneakers, jazz shoes or supportive shoes are recommended. Ballet slippers, socks or bare feet are best for ballet, barre and contemporary classes. While most classes do not require equipment, mats are provided for classes in which there is a floor work component. Of course, you are also welcome to bring a mat of your own!

Power Stretch & Sculpt (1301 Locust St) with Emily
It was the perfect amount of sweat, stretch, and strength! Loved Emily’s music and energy
Response from the studio:
Thank you and we're so happy you had fun!
Power Stretch & Sculpt (1301 Locust St) with Emily
This was an average class. Not a hard workout at all, it was just stretching. I mostly take House Party Fitness and Dance Party Boot camp at Philly dance fitness and love those classes. I signed up for this class, because my two favorite classes are no longer offered on class pass. This class was just ok and I probably wont take it again. Please bring back House Party and Dance Party boot camp!!!
Response from the studio:
Thank you for your feedback, and for trying a new class with us! Because House Party and Dance Party Boot Camp are so popular with our students and members, we recently had to make a difficult business decision, and sadly, had to remove those classes from the ClassPass platform in order to allocate enough spots to our current members. We hope you can understand, If you're interested in continuing with these particular classes, please email -Philly Dance Fitness

Small intimate class that does exactly as advertised. Bring your own mat if possible as theirs are tiny. Feel rejuvenated and will be sore tomorrow!
Power Stretch & Sculpt (1301 Locust St) with Emily
The teacher was nice but this was by no means a workout. It was a waste of my class choice.
Response from the studio:
We're sorry to hear that you don't feel the workout was as challenging as you expected! Power Stretch & Sculpt is intended to be a bit more low-key, so we recommend checking out some of our higher energy programs like Dance Party Boot Camp or Cardio Pop for a real sweat!
