Hot Power Core and Yoga at Oxygen Yoga and Fitness
About this class
In this 60-minute class will begin with a half hour focusing on the core through a variety of exercise styles that are sure to leave you feeling energized, strong, and perfectly balanced and the second half will be yoga flow sequence. This class is open to all levels. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don't forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

How to prepare
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Be prepared to sweat. Come well hydrated and eat something light, two hours before class.
