About this studio

SWEAT Vancity - North Vancouver's Premier TRX and Small Group Training Studio. TRX for strength, Enduro for High Intensity Interval Training, and SWEAT Connect, our signature mat class created for inch loss, postural alignment and flexibility. We have designed a one-of-a-kind experience, greatly improving your body's overall performance. We are more than a workout—we are a community sweating as one. Unlike any studio, SWEAT Vancity has created a fitness program based on 3 methodologies of personal change. We offer small group, one on one, team and corporate training sessions in a uniquely inspiring space.

How to prepare

Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early for your first class. This will give you time to complete any necessary paperwork and get a tour of the space. Convenience is our top priority. Childcare is offered for select classes 6 days a week. Take advantage of our men’s and women’s change rooms with private shower facilities, lockers, and filtered water dispenser. Hair dryers and straighteners, shower products, and towels are all taken care of.

How to get there

We are located on Brooksbank Avenue, across the street from Park and Tilford Shopping Centre. There is usually ample street parking, and we have several clearly marked spaces available for use behind the building.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
