About this class

Our Yin Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga we offer at the studio that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. These classes are done at a slower pace and can help you relax and meditate, making it a perfect way to end the day. All levels welcome, our Yin Yoga classes our taught at room temperature.

How to prepare

Please arrive to the studio 15 minutes before class starts so you can get set up. Check our schedule on-line to see class availability and when they start. We offer 60, 75 and 90 minute classes. Hydrate before class and come on an empty stomach of at least two hours. Bring two towels and a large bottle of water and a yoga mat. Mats and towels can be purchased or rented at the studio. The class and room set up was not suited for Yin Yoga. The class size felt too big to get the full meditative Yin experience. The room was too bright and the music was too loud.

What is ClassPass?
