About this class

Indo-Row® provides a TRANSFORMATIVE total-body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind. It is designed specifically for first-time rowers, no experience is necessary! Using the Water Rower burns calories, sculpts muscle during a fun interval workout in a uniquely motivating, team-oriented fitness environment. Kind to the body – a seated activity, rowing removes the body weight and impact from the injury prone joints of the hips, knees and ankles. Full-body Functionality – rowing incorporates posture-improving movements of the leg press, hip hinge and upper-body rowing motion; these exercises are essential for enhancing core strength while maximizing flexibility and range of motion. Suitable for all levels. Class is limited to 8 participants. Reserve a rower by registering in advance. CARDIO/CONDITIONING/STRENGTH

How to prepare

Núcleo provides small towels, a filtered water dispenser, and one shower/bathroom. For rowing classes, or any fusion class involving rowing, please bring clean running shoes. You do not need to bring your own mat—pilates and yoga mats are provided.

How to get there

Núcleo Fitness is located at 862 Eglinton Ave E, Suite 203. The studio is on the 2nd floor above Shoeless Joes. From the street entrance door (marked #862) go up the stairs, turn left and walk to the end of the hall. Metered parking is available on Eglinton during weekdays between 9:00am & 4:00pm and on Saturdays. FREE parking is available on Eglinton after 6:00pm & all day Sunday. FREE parking is also available in the Canadian Tire lot on the Southeast corner of Eglinton and Laird, or on the side streets in the neighborhood.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
