About this class

Get ready to sweat in this high intensity, foundational strength and conditioning course.  Using kettlebells, pulleys, rowers and more, you will learn and practice basic lifts while keeping your metabolism revving with high energy cardio drills.  Their small group training is an affordable way to receive personalized training with progressive programming and regular goal setting.

How to prepare

For first time students, please arrive early to discuss any physical limitations or medical considerations and to sign a liability waiver. If you are unsure whether a small group or class is appropriate for you, please email the owner, Katie Gould at katie@kgstrongtraining.com. KG Strong highly recommends coming in for a complimentary 30-minute movement assessment before beginning a strength training program. Contact the owner to schedule your session.

How to get there

KG Strong is located in the BOK Building-- 1901 south 9th st. You can enter at one of two entrances. Between the hours of 7am and 8pm the Dudley street entrance is open. Between 10am and 6pm the 9th street side of the building is also open. Outside of those hours, you can use the call box at 9th street to call KG Strong, room 210 and you will be buzzed in. Or hit door pin, apt# 210 and code 1011. The studio is located on the second floor down the middle hallway. You'll see a sandwich board pointing you in the right direction.

Woke up this morning hurting soooo good!! This class definitely kicked my butt in the best way. Ive been strength training on my own at the gym for a few months now but never had professional correction on my form. Anna was so awesome on teaching me how to properly deadlift and correcting my form when needed. I learned last night that I would lift heavier and was stronger than I thought! The 6:30 classes are kinda hard for me to due to my daily work commute, but I'm going to make an effort to come back!! Highly recommend taking Anna's class no matter what your level of experience!

Really good workout and friendly instructor! While the class is definitely open for beginners, it’s a bit tough to follow along at first and/or do the entirety of what’s asked in the given timeframe. Would recommend going with a friend the first time. FYI - no street shoes allowed in studio.

What is ClassPass?
