About this class

60 minutes of Interval Training in our FOCUS Training Studio. Each class is mixed with High Intensity Interval strength & conditioning training which leaves you burning calories all day long. Expect a Killer Full Body workout with weights, body weight movements, TRX, Kettle bells and More to take your fitness to a new level. Interval training and Kettle Bell experience preferred. Sign up prior to class is highly encouraged

What is ClassPass?
