Instructor was upbeat and motivating but class had way too many people and exercises for her to properly teach the moves or watch/give corrections on form. As a result I hurt my back.

Class was so packed could t see the instructor laying out the workout; way too many circuits in short amnt of time (cut it in half and do it twice to truly fatigue and build ..)..thought it was very eh vs other HIIT

Definitely a great HIIT workout. Biggest issue is space. Because there’s so many people in the room, you have to constantly watch your surroundings to make sure your leg doesn’t hit someone’s hand or someone’s leg doesn’t punch your face- which results in you not paying full attention to the workout. If markers could be set on the floor allocating space designations, that would solve the problem.

So much fun. High energy and a great workout. Class is tough but goes by fast because it’s so fun!
