Michelle was such a sweetheart, checked me in, showed me around and made sure I was all set getting started and Kay was a wonderful instructor! She gave super clear instructions, was super patient in teaching me some movements, and I never felt weird/bad about making modifications or taking a rest. I’ll be back!!

see all reviewsThis was surprisingly not as hard as I thought! Don't get me wrong, it is a challenging workout but I assumed it would completely kill me and it didn't. It flew by so fast that I was surprised the class was over when it ended. Sierra is incredible, so informative, demonstrates well, assists everyone and feels like an old friend! Expect to target very specific muscles, ones that you didn't even know you had. You will be shaking within 5 minutes of the class but it feels SO GOOD. I had lean, hearty meals throughout the day before my evening class which I think helped my energy levels. I'd def recommend. It's also not as intimidating as it's reputation. People are SO kind and social, the intro class takes you through it step by step, the participants all had diverse body types/skill levels and there are modifications in each exercise to make it easier or harder. It's a super fun, powerful, and accessible workout/studio! LOVE ❤️

If you want to be challenged, if you want to sweat, if you want to be awakened to one of the best flows you’ll ever experience, if you want to be in a beautiful gym with a warm space, then you need to take this class with Emily. Do not come with a full stomach and be prepared to work. Or even if you don’t want to do it all that’s ok because they will not judge you. I will definitely be returning. 11/10
