About this class

This body weight workout in the HOT ROOM combines elements of yoga, calisthenics, dance and animal flow in the 55 minute full body sesh. Crawl, plank, glide, twist and kick while exploring different movement sequences that will set your entire body on fire. Expect to use muscles you didn’t know you had, fire up the core, improve stability and mobility in this low impact but ultra challenging sesh. *BE ADVISED - CLASSES IN THE HOT ROOM CAN REACH TEMPS OF 37 DEGREES CELCIUS (similar to a regular Moksha class) - make sure to hydrate, take breaks when you need it and consult with a medical professional if you're not sure if this is the right workout for you. **THIS CLASS DOES NOT REQUIRE A MAT 2 CLASS CREDITS

great class, very cool workout, and Jay is just the best instructor (challenging but so positive and encouraging)! but the room is too crowded and I'm always worried about bumping or kicking someone (or them bumping or kicking me) by accident.

This class was super tough! Got me moving my muscles and joints in ways I’m not used to and definitely worked up a sweat in the hot room. Would definitely recommend it.

I am a big fan of Hot yoga, but this was not my thing. I found the exercises hard to follow and a bit random although this might just be my lack of coordination. I couldnt really feel which muscles were being worked. The room was super hot which had me sweating, I enjoyed that part but I dont think it was the workout itself. Although I do really did enjoy the instructors music
