About this class

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. At AIO, they specialize in CrossFit for beginners in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere. The CrossFit classes are different every day, using various equipment like rowers, boxes, skipping ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and ropes. The classes typically have a 10 minute warm up, followed by a skill or strength component which focuses on technique and then a "WOD" (workout of the day) where the metabolic conditioning kicks in for 8-20 minutes. AIO also has a specific room for stretching and rolling, with a program known as "ROMWOD" where online instructors lead a 20-40 static stretching class.

What is ClassPass?
