About this class
GoFit is a truly one of a kind class. They take the elements that make CrossFit the best way to get in shape and condense them down to a low complexity, high intensity workout. They take out all of the barbells and drill body weight and light weight movements to get you one of the best 30 minute workouts available on the market today. This is also the perfect way to get a quick workout in if you have a busy schedule and can’t make an hour long class. In these 30-minute workouts, they'll run you through a quick warm-up, a demo of the movements, a 15-20 minute cardio piece and a five minute cool down.
