About this class

GoFit is a truly one of a kind class. They take the elements that make CrossFit the best way to get in shape and condense them down to a low complexity, high intensity workout. They take out all of the barbells and drill body weight and light weight movements to get you one of the best 30 minute workouts available on the market today. This is also the perfect way to get a quick workout in if you have a busy schedule and can’t make an hour long class. In these 30-minute workouts, they'll run you through a quick warm-up, a demo of the movements, a 15-20 minute cardio piece and a five minute cool down.

Youll get a quickie workout as advertised! As a newbie to CrossFit, I was expecting more coaching about form, even though it was a short workout. The coach was nice, but felt like he was just there to encourage us every few minutes, but otherwise stood around and watched. I wish he was going around, either giving comments on form, or doing the workout with us. Since I was new, I guess I was expecting more feedback on form (since thats what happens in other classes, even while short.) definitely go if you want a short workout with a group, but you could also do something similar at home.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This in all my years as an active person in the fitness community and as a past fitness professional, was hands down the most poor experience I have ever had. There were no introductions, guidance and not an ounce of customer service extended to me. I am not sure how they are still in business and it should be so much clearer on their site where the location is.

Good workout, but was not exactly what it was described in the app. Signed up for an hour class which turned out to be only a half hour. Also seems that signing up for this is an intro for becoming a member of the gym and not necessarily a stand alone class you are welcome to return to.

It was only 30 min vs an hour! Also got the vibe that it wasn't a class you can return to, just more an intro to their gym. Workout was still good and instructor Mallory was nice.

What is ClassPass?
