Every time you speak, start off by specifying bikes or treadmill. Also say the word percentage vs just the number (eg, 70%). It’s hard to follow where we are and what’s next

Not enough treadmills, not enough instruction, the instructor by himself could not have corrected form on that many students, they really need more instructors for a class that size, and also offer modifications before class starts. It’s always a good workout too.

How to prepare

Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow front desk to help you set up and explain the workout. We offer complimentary hand and shower towels. Come with an open mind and ready to work hard!
