About this studio

Cardio. Strength. Recovery. UNITE. Unite Fitness is an integrated fitness and nutrition program following a balanced 3 month Heart.Muscle.Mind philosophy. The Unite Workout consists of: 25 minutes: multi-sport cardio intervals by running or riding through sprints, hills and distances that torch calories and improve athletic ability. 30 minutes: functional strength training with effective and powerful movements using dumbbells, suspension trainers, body weight and bands. 10 minutes: recovery that increases your flexibility and balance, using straps, foam rollers and yoga poses. The perfect end to a workout.

How to prepare

Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow front desk to help you set up and explain the workout. We offer complimentary hand and shower towels. Come with an open mind and ready to work hard!

We are located right on 20th street between Chestnut & Market Street, just up one flight of stairs.

I’ve been going to unite in and off for about 3 years. Austin’s classes are amazing and consistent.When I feel like I’m not getting the sweat or soreness from a regular gym, I go to his classes and it helps me be more motivated to push myself more, where when I’m working out alone I can just quit and leave.he actually helps correct your form so you won’t hurt yourself when you’re doing something wrong. I must say he’s one of the best instructors I’ve gone to! I’m glad I started to go back to unite again.

What is ClassPass?
