How to prepare

Wear lightweight and comfortable clothing that you can move around and sweat in! For yoga or aerial classes, these will be conducted barefoot, but bring along sport shoes for HIIT, Zumba or KPop classes. Please note that students will not be allowed entry into class if they are more than 10 minutes late. For Aerial classes, please arrive 10 minutes earlier to allow sufficient time for the adjustment of hammocks.

Learnt the fundamentals of yoga for beginners. Yvonne was good in her explanation so that we wont hurt ourselves. She even went around to correct the poses to push us to our highest potential.

Not my first basic class in trium which I usually enjoy A LOT. This class felt more like a lecture? Instructor choses to drown the class with information when we are midway in poses, and after she is done talking she rushes through other poses. Didn’t feel like she knew what to say at times and was overall just an unpleasant yoga class.

What is ClassPass?
