see all reviewsYou go through a station, then follow the cardio exercise played on screen, then proceed to next station and so on. I did 2 rounds in about 30 mins. A trainer will guide you on the machines on your first visit. Subsequent visits, you can do it on your own. A decent range of machines for legs and arms workout. I like that there aren’t many people (just myself or one other person during my timeslot). Clean place with clean toilets, and lockers for your bags.
