see all reviewsKenneth's Elevate class is one of the better ones I have attended at YM and I have attended quite a few some of which were not very well thought out and felt all over the place. This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

see all reviewsReformers are well spaced out. Wall and floor length mirrors as expected for a pilates studio. Instructor cues well and there's good progression of movement pieces, which can be challenging at the end. This class is not for newbies (better and safer to do private sessions) due to technicality and intensity of the workout. Need a certain level of physical conditioning and strength to be able to get through the whole session.

I was away for a while, but when I returned, Jay still remembered me which shows just how dedicated and attentive he is to his students. Jay’s teaching goes beyond just the physical poses—he emphasizes the importance of cultivating a yogi mindset, humility, and mindfulness, which has made a profound impact on my overall well-being. His attention to detail and personalized guidance have helped me improve in ways I never thought possible. Every class with Jay is an enriching and inspiring experience. When came to the peak pose such as King pigeon, master spent more time on each student to help them go into the final pose. His students are so great and almost all are achieving it with little help. We also used the wall as the prop and master also had his students as well as himself to demo on how to go deeper in pose, how to relax and where to engage. Amazing class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
