see all reviewsHaving tried a few gyms in the area, I can say that this was the session where I felt like I got the most hands on coaching with proper attention to form. There were two coaches who were around to provide guidance, and I think this is how it should be at group classes, where I often see people powering through with bad form and little to no guidance from the instructors. Instructors here are fab, and know when to push you. The workout times for each set felt just right too. I really enjoyed my workout here, good strength sesh!

She also tries to get us in a deeper stretch. She is very cheerful and attentive. She asks each student that walks through about any medical conditions she should be aware of (smth many instructors lack these days). Would definitely recommend!

Her demonstrations of some slightly more complex poses (from a beginner's perspective) were clear, and she took pains to go step by step for the benefit of the newbies. It could be that the class was really small that day (only 4 attendees), but Jayne allocated personal attention to each one of us to ensure we were in the correct postures. Wonderful stretch on its own, elevated further with the inversion poses!
