The whole environment makes anyone, even beginners feel at ease so I highly recommend this studio. I love today routine SO MUCH and I am definitely coming back whenever there are slots.     Great flow with good amount of breaks where the breaks were well used to breakdown big moves like upside down, and we were given ample time to get into the big move and also to try multiple times to get a feel of it, all with assistance of alignment correction from Ethan throughout. Mats were set up based on class size and thus we had more than enough room between each person, we in-fact had 2 mats each which was so nice. Dont need to worry about hitting neighbours

    Darren's spin class is of course awesome as usual. His choreos and playlists are JUST SO GOOD. Not to mention his positive energy and good vibes. He's super kind to newcomers as well. (Just come 10 to 15 min earlier and give a heads-up if you're new to spin). Also, the R10T spin studio has some of the prettiest lights and an unmissable smoke machine.. the vibes are just wonderful. And R10T is offering this "Flex plan" for rides, which is just 20 a month and you get one ride. If you want more rides, you can purchase more classes as you go (15 for one golden hour ride or 18 for one peak hour ride). Plus, you get complimentary rides every month if you're within their top 10 Flex riders. Imo, it's one of the best, most flexible spin/ride plan in Singapore.

    Instructor, Shi Jie has a friendly and caring personality. From my observation, I gathered that she prioritizes personal hygiene as she sanitizes her hands after adjusting our poses. Despite that, she still came out of her comfort zone and adjusted our poses, I am grateful for that. This is my second class with her and I'm still very much looking forward to the next class.     Galton delivered the Flow basic class well, with clear instructions, corrections and good pace, with variations for beginner to advanced... culminating in a successful inversion pose for 1 student!     I really enjoy Master Shree’s classes! He’s super funny and his sense of humour makes the whole class feel light and enjoyable. I first found his class on Fave 3 years ago and have been coming back ever since. What I like most is that he’s not like other teachers—he cracks jokes, keeps the energy up, and still takes the time to correct our poses when needed. Always a good laugh in class! His vinyasa classes can be quite challenging, but I always leave feeling stretched out and accomplished. Can’t wait for the next one!

    Really enjoyed today’s class focused on inversions and arm balances. It was a small group, which meant the teacher could give a lot of personal attention and correct our form — super helpful, especially for tricky poses. Class is very systematically taught and various options are given to suit various levels (so if you're stronger you can level up and vice versa). The instructor Laval is very encouraging and knowledgeable.     Very energetic class with movements following the beat and pace of the music. Mimic movements of the instructor as you face a mirror wall. Good warm up and cool down provided, together with body conditioning to help your muscles recover. Was told this was more a body combat class versus kickboxing. Friendly instructor who will check in to make sure you are okay. : )

    Great instructor and very well structured class for hip opening. The class consists of warmup followed by different poses in dynamic stretches followed by holds. Prepped us well for the final hip opening pose which that day was double pigeon pose. Recommended!
