    Yin Yang (75 mins)

I would describe Cassie’s yin yang class as a gentle slow flow. It was definitely more of an active practice than a passive/restorative one. Not quite what I expected but I still enjoyed the class and the teachers humour and energy! Was a full class but she still gave each student attention and adjustments.

It’s an amazing class which I have the happy feeling after the practice. It is my first time attended astanga class as I am somewhere nearby the location and after some consideration, thinking to give it a try. Teacher Ashley is very experienced and guided the class pace very well, started with chanting, focus on breathing, and shared that that we do not need to push all the way given that this class requires sustainability and I’m glad to know this because 1 and half hour class with sun salutation A and B warm up body very quickly and followed by the rest of the asana in standing, seating and finishing are not easy. I’m also glad that with teacher’s demo, clear instruction, gentle correction on my alignment and the spot I chose between regulars gave me a very comfortable practice that allowed me to peep when needed. Teacher also gave variation! Will attend again! 👍

Before signing up for this class, I was reading a mixed review of the instructor, Ashley. However, after attending Ashley's stretch and sound healing class, I would like to give her five 🌟 As it there will be a sound healing segment, she politely reminded me to keep my phone in the locker and not leave it on the floor. When class started, she was clear with instructions and gave us options for poses. She tried to lighten the atmosphere by cracking jokes. Honestly, I would recommend her class if you like an instructor who is firm but experienced and knows what she is talking about. Thank you, Ashley 😍

It’s an amazing class conducted by Master Manoj who went around to each student to let them stretch more and correct their alignment. When came to the peak pose such as King pigeon, master spent more time on each student to help them go into the final pose. His students are so great and almost all are achieving it with little help. We also used the wall as the prop and master also had his students as well as himself to demo on how to go deeper in pose, how to relax and where to engage. Amazing class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had an amazing experience with Ashley the Pilates instructor! Her attention to detail and expertise have made a huge difference in my progress. One of the standout aspects of their classes is their use of trigger balls and rollers, which has truly elevated my practice. These tools help release tension and target specific muscle groups, which has helped me not only improve my flexibility and strength but also reduce pain and tightness in areas I didn’t even know needed attention. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to deepen their Pilates practice, especially if you’re looking for relief from muscle tension or a way to improve mobility through targeted techniques.

The downsides are lockers have no lock so if you have large valuable items and u cannot bring it into the studio with you, u need to have your own lock pad, there are showers cubicles but not allowed to shower citing mall rules and regulations. Gentle Pilates (Pre/Post Natal Friendly)

Jia Ying was really friendly and looked out for our form during every single exercise. She gave multiple variations for each exercise and even looked out for the littlest of details like overarching the back and breathing patterns. Really enjoyed the class and it was a good workout!

    Slow Flow

Tried Hui’s class for 2 months and really liked it. The pace is not too fast and she manage to correct some of my wrong posture that I have done wrongly for years. Now my stamina is slightly better as I can run longer distance. The pace is just nice if you want to slowly gain strength and better posture. Really happy to find a yoga place that I can go regularly.
