see all reviewsClear instructions and great workout omg my legs were trembling midway (Had to hold onto the mirror HAHHA and inadvertently left my fingerprints there LOL) 👹😡🔥🔥🔥 and omg Hu knew counting to 100 could be so LONG OMG HAHAHHA but great workout I like that we covered arms abs and legs. I felt very present during the workout and time passed so quickly for me!! Overall a great class, will reccomend 💯

Instructor is also experience and pace out the sequence nicely. This is a shorter work out session at 45 mins which usually other studios offers 60mins session.

see all reviewsI was thrilled to experience my first aerial yoga class with Amy. She's an incredibly friendly and professional instructor who breaks down each pose into easy-to-follow steps. Even as a beginner, I felt comfortable and supported by both Amy and my fellow classmates. The extra 15 minutes she spent teaching me tree and archer's pose was a thoughtful touch. I can't wait to join her class weekly!
