If you enjoy moving to rhythm whilst getting your cardio trained, then this is a much easier and better alternative than Roride (spinning). The teacher (Male) was structured, clear and easy to follow, energetic, and motivating. Highly recommended!

Even though she speaks a lot of Mandarin with the regulars, she still guides in English too. Such a nice community vibe—mostly familiar faces. Didn’t even realise I was that flexible yesterday! Also really appreciate her hands-on adjustments during the stretches. Definitely one of my favourite classes.

see all reviewsOverall it’s a very well conducted class with amazing instructor. I especially love how they have ceiling mirror so you can check your alignment when lying down. Although I felt that spring weight choice was a bit off - either too light or too heavy for some of the movements, it might confuse beginners a little not knowing whether they are doing it correctly. I’d recommend checking with the friendly instructor who’s always going around to check your posture!
