Jess was absolutely amazing—kind, helpful, and the epitome of a skilled cycling instructor. She was engaging, and encouraging throughout the session. I’d take another class with her in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone, whether it’s your first time or your hundredth.

Especially cues like how much weight should be in each leg for certain punches and how close or far back I need to be from the bag. Such a good full body class my shoulders are on 🔥!
