How to prepare

To keep the studio equipment clean and germ-free, please bring a pair of clean socks with you. And dress in comfortable sports attire. Clients attending our spinning classes need to bring a comfortable pair of shoes/trainers.

The Moving Body - East Coast is located at 217 East Coast Rd, #05-02, Singapore, 428915. We are opposite Chin Mee Chin cafe as well as the Church of the Holy Family.

It's an RPM class. Kelvin was good and let students to go at their pace, but at the same time motivating. The gym could do better job in receiving people. Walked in to no one at reception, and made my own way to the class and no one was checking/verifying. Since it was the last class, couldn't shower as they will be waiting (according to another student), so I just changed and left. Overall, i love the class.

What is ClassPass?
