The Barre Code offers a variety of highly-effective, results-driven classes that allow clients to get cardio, strength training and restoration all in a single place. Client retention remains consistently high, as their studios are a one-stop shop for all of their client’s fitness needs. As a fitness program emphasizing personal growth, inner strength and a mantra of self-acceptance, The Barre Code fitness program is accompanied with a community feel fostered in each studio.

How to prepare

Come dressed to move. They recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Socks are required for all non-heated classes, and mats are required for all heated classes. Rental mats are available at the studios for a small fee.

It was my first Barre class ever and it was fantastic! The most inclusive total body workout I've ever had, every muscle was used - can't wait to go back!

First class with Maddie and I loved her! Really appreciated her corrections and attention to form.

Love the way Amanda gives tips for modifications. My knees and lower back can be finicky and she always has an alternate ready and encourages taking your time if you need to go at a slower pace.

Great class! Love Amy. Only suggestion would be to make the arm strength sections harder or offer levels for more advanced students.

Transitions were not very fluid and there were a few sets that the instructor did on one side but forgot to do on the other side. It was also hard to hear her over mic. Still a good workout and I was sore the next day.

What is ClassPass?
