How to prepare

Come dressed to move. They recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Socks are required for all non-heated classes, and mats are required for all heated classes. Rental mats are available at the studios for a small fee.

This class was cardio heavy with light weights and some floor and barre work. It was great!

Shoulder set was unnecessarily long. Reduced time available for legs. Music was good. Instructor gave almost no corrections.

The new format of right side or left side only one week is not conducive to people looking for a whole body workout. Unfortunately schedules often dont allow to return the next week.

I was disappointed at this class, being an avid barre taker in different cities- this really didnt focus on barre fundamentals. More just a class with different sets of exercises- we only did one seat exercise which was basically a bridge dance. Dont waste your money or credits.

We are sorry you didn't like this class you took with us. All of our instructors teach a new routine every week. So, although this seat set was mainly glute bridges, other instructors were teaching different sets. This particular instructor will also be teaching a new routine as well.
