Equipment policies

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and dance easily in. To keep the dance floor clean and safe, we ask that you bring your sneakers with you and change into them at the studio. Bring a bottle of water. We use hand weights and yoga mats, and we have extras at the studio if needed.
