    SHADYSIDE Flow & Go

I loved this class! Definitely was more focused on getting into difficult poses and holding the poses rather than doing a super fast-paced flow. I didn’t mind though! It still challenged me and my muscles were burning again. I would definitely come back

    Y6 Restore

A wonderful and relaxing evening. I highly recommend attending any of Sam’s Restore classes at YogaSix South Hills. The calming is on another level with the Cozy Yogi series on Friday nights in November.

The instructor was super upbeat and motivating! Really enjoyed the atmosphere with the lighting, fun colors for high intensity parts vs. single candlelight during cooldown periods. It has also been a while since I have been to this studio. I enjoyed that people’s stats were not displayed for this class as I had remembered it being. It was still motivating with less pressure!
