Sukha offers heart centered, inspired yoga experiences. 80+ classes a week right in the heart of Austin We offer: Sukha Flow + Lotus Flow: deep to the beat,playful vinyasa connecting mind, body, + spirit through Sun Salutations variations, creative transitions, and heart centered thematics Deepen + Flow: Slows down the Sukha style (keeps the intensity at a simmer) opening meditation, unique themes + intention to take with you into your life - includes meditation and mantra Slow Flow: All Levels welcome! Think of this one like a slow burn.... postures are held longer with a few less sun salutations than our classic Sukha Flow and a longer time for cool down. Yin + Restore: mellow, candlelit floor based dreaminess Meditation: Inspired seated mindfulness to quiet and calm Kundalini

How to prepare

Bring an open mind and be ready to feel good, and leave inspired and ready to book your next class! Each signature Sukha class includes chanting, meditation and breath work to compliment the vigorous flow classes and the slower more relaxing styles. You'll need a mat ($2 for rent at studio) and water. Please arrive 10 minutes before class... there is NO LATE ARRIVALS. Please make sure you phones are turned off and put away in the prop room with your other belongings.

How to get there

Zilker, Barton Hills, Downtown, just a mile south of Whole Foods and right on S. Lamar. In the heart of 78704 between Bluebonnet and Oltrof. Next to Chipotle and Irie Bean Coffee shop. Ample parking and overflow in the empty lot to the left of studio. Please plan ahead for busy class times during weekends and evenings. Parking lot fills and there are no late arrivals to class.

Jennifer was so kind and lovely to me. I had a personal crisis right before class and she found a quiet place for me to sit and reminded me to connect to my breath. I was able to pull it together for class. This studio has a wonderful community vibe.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
