Train like the pros do! Pilates4Pros offers Strength, Conditioning and Pilates classes in a personalized, small group setting. Our workouts are designed to be well-balanced, safe, efficient and effective.

How to prepare

You will need: Socks with grips (available to purchase in studio) for Pilates Plyo+, Athletic shoes (for Small Group Circuit Training and Small Group Strength)), a sweat towel and water! Please note that we are a small studio that operates by scheduled classes and appointments only. Therefore we do not have staff on site to answer the phone at all times. The best way to contact us is via email at kim@pilates4pros.com and we will respond asap!

How to get there

Please use the parking available in the back of the building and the rear entrance marked suite 185.

Small Group Circuit Training with Taylor
I signed up for a class but its really a personal training gym not a class place

I'm sorry that you were disappointed in our small group style. As mentioned in our class descriptions, all classes are limited to 4-6 people to offer personalized training in a small group setting.

TRX Conditioning with Mike
Mikes class was a nice balance of cardio and strength with the TRX. If you are missing Kims classes, Mike trains similarly and offers corrections in form.
TRX Express with Mike
Mike was personable and gave my friend and I a great workout. Id definitely come back.
P4P Signature with Taylor
Good functional movement class. Good workout without all the impact.
Small Group Strength with Taylor
Format of the class was fine, but could use more clearly defined cues to start and end exercises. At times we didnt know we were to begin or continue. Also, the class seems to only last about 45 minutes rather than the scheduled 60.

Deep Stretch with Kimberly
The floor was extremely hard and it was basically just a yoga flo. The instructor was nice but this class was not worth the credits.

Studio was difficult to find. Floor was very hard on knees. Class was more of a yoga class than Pilates.

What is ClassPass?
