Shanti Yoga is a community-oriented studio dedicated to making our students feel welcome and our classes accessible to every-body. We guide you in safe and effective classes to make you feel healthy, happy and radiant from the inside out. Whether your goals are to strengthen, tone or gain flexibility we have a wide selection of classes for you to choose from. Join us and we'll make you feel right at home!

How to prepare

Please have comfortable clothes, water and bare feet to practice with. Bring a mat if you have one. If not, borrow one for free! STUDIO DOORS LOCK AT THE START OF CLASS. Late admittance will not be allowed.

How to get there

Shanti Yoga is located on the corner of Kingshighway and Columbia. Please park on Columbia and enter through the back of the building. You will walk around the front of the building, enter the gate and walk through the back door. We are located on the first floor of a two story building.

What is ClassPass?
