About this studio

Movement is the basis of awareness, the more you're aware of yourself the better you move. Movement can be described as any muscular activity, breathing is movement, and even picking your nose is movement in general. The quality of your movement describes how well your nervous system is performing against gravity to maintain your structural alignment. A mover is someone whose focus is on moving with complex movement qualities in the most efficient way possible by gaining greater self-awareness through bodyweight manipulation. The focus really is directed at performing quality actions that when observed from afar appear to be effortless. They're here to help you move better, and with purpose. You will feel better and become more aware of your sense of being.

What is ClassPass?
