see all reviewsSuch a lovely and fun class, with a burn! Khun Nid was clear, patient, and attentive, teaching the class in both Thai and English, and going around to adjust our poses. For this class, I reckon it would help to have at least a little experience with barre or pilates, though you don't need to be a pro by any means. Studio was also clean and well-maintained by a friendly team, with access to good showers. Thank you!

see all reviewsEverything was good it was nice and tough for me but i need to keep going.. the teacher was nice … i really need to practice it more, the lesson was in thai with clear instructions in English too, so this is not a problem at all to start and actually very nice to hear thai language, it is good for my thai skills. there is a great atmosphere in the group.
