    Kru Kwang had a great energy and was super attentive. The Beginner class is great for true beginners because of the slow tempo and more attention to the correct posture.     HEAT

    It was my second time at The Standard Gym, but my first time at the HEAT class. The class was amazing and designed for both beginners and experienced individuals. Coach Gain was great—he encouraged everyone to push themselves as much as they could. I was also amazed at how I managed to go beyond my limits and enjoy the cardio class (which I usually try to avoid). I'll definitely come back here.

    Hoop All Level

    I had a great experience at the hoop all-level class! It was my first time, and Kru Nut was incredibly kind and attentive. She started by guiding us through a warm-up stretch, then taught us various pull-up and hanging techniques step by step, with a strong focus on safety. By the end of the class, we were able to perform a short routine, followed by a cool-down stretch. Kru Nut adjusted the moves for beginners, making them easy to follow, while also offering advanced variations for those with more experience. P.S. It’s helpful to have some arm strength and be prepared to stretch well before joining this class! Also, don’t forget to breathe while hanging—it really helps reduce fatigue.
