Impressive with the instructor. Nice studio, perfect for BTS rider but not for driver. Allow to park only 1.50 hr which’s surely not enough for anyone who have to take a shower.

Fundamental session, best for beginners. Raf is very patient with beginners yet he can push you through the goal. Very fun, focused and sweaty,you wont be bored.

Gym should provide mat for floor-movement Very good location, staff is nice and very helpful The workout plan is well-designed , suitable for every fitness level (louder and more energetic background music would be even better) Nice job coach RAF ! Will definitely come back :)
