From Yoga to High Intensity Training, there’s a group fitness class for all interests and skill levels. Their instructors are patient and encouraging, so working out in a group isn’t intimidating–it’s actually fun!

How to prepare

Please bring your ID with you, sign in with our friendly front desk staff, and prepare for an amazing fitness experience! If you are arriving for a class, plan to come 10-15 minutes early and let your instructor know that this is your first experience with O2 Fitness. They will help you get set up and ready!

Perfect for me. It was low impact, dark and relaxing. My body needed the stretch. Allison and classmates made me feel welcome and checked on me after class. What an awesome experience!

Really like this O2 location as well as most classes. Its a Les Mills Cycle class so structure and music was good. The reason for the low rating was the instructor! She was all but saying she didnt want to be there and was not only not motivating but actually unemergetic and demotivating.

Great class and instructor but class was unusually busy so there werent enough benches for everyone. Not the end of the world but couldnt get my pecs as engaged during the chest track and I couldnt do the tricep dips as well.
Pilates
Not super intense but instructor is nice and offered modifications for increased and decreased difficulty. I enjoyed it.

Instructor was high energy and easy to follow, ample space to move around

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
