    This class was a true and good full body strength workout. Abbie was amazing and super motivating throughout the class. You have two sets of weights (one medium and one heavy) with the opportunity to play around and figure out if you need heavier weight. The class went by wicked fast and Abbie gave really great cues throughout. Definitely worth taking and will go again!

    This is such a great class. The only thing I didn’t like is it seems like they used a super perfumed detergent on the towels this time. Not great for when you’re hot and sweating, or if your skin is sensitive to stuff like that. Hope they just switch back to something unscented.

    One of the best sculpt classes I have ever had. This class is challenging but the saving grace is that Veronica is so adorable, and so so funny that you walked away absolutely high! I almost wish I weren’t leaving this review but how can I not share the 8th wonder of the world? That would be selfish. The studio itself, Kinship, is absolutely stunning. The high ceilings in the yoga room, the beautiful bricks, the teachers, the cold plunge, the sauna, the showers, the garden, the astounding staff, the myriad of amazing workshops, the generosity behind it all~ providing water, tea, etc (free of charge unlike many other studios). This is by far the best studio in Los Angeles (I was born here and have been to many).

    Definitely a great class. Very hard workout which is good because I want to know I’m working towards real results!! I will say two things though: 1. The Lenox location doesnt give proper directions. Thankfully I was early because I rode around the mall for 10 minutes. I called twice, no answer. Luckily I saw two people dressed up in workout clothes and asked them if they knew where it was and they were able to guide me. (Bottom floor of the garage at Lenox mall). 2. This isn’t beginner friendly. It moves very quickly and you need to know what to semi do. The trainers were sweet and definitely went around the room helping, but all I kept thinking in between dying during reps is that a beginner would probably be overwhelmed. But overall fantastic class and I’m looking forward to coming back!

    The instructor was very nice. She knew just how to push you enough without making the class intimidating. I really like how she encouraged us in the last 10 seconds of each rep to finish strong. "You got this!" Both instructors took time to show me around the gym and check in with me after our class as it was my first time here. The hot room is kept at 90° so it's no unbearable. Keep in mind that the more bodies in the room will add some extra heat. The core provides you with all the necessary equipment, but you can bring your own sweat towel or yoga mat if you prefer. it was a fun class, and I'm proud of myself for sticking to it and finishing strong!

    I love Abby’s cueing style & cadence— keeps the class engaging. I also really vibe with her chill house playlist— it gives just enough energy and relaxation which gives the boost to do the moves but also be steady whilst in the move. The only thing id say is when she counts and cues “holds” she’ll say, for example, “hold in 4..3..2..1.. mini pulses” which is confusing because I’m not sure if we are going to hold in 4 seconds as she’s counting down or if we are supposed to be holding while she’s counting down. So more clarity on that would be helpful. Additionally , when transitioning from legs to obliques, i wish we transitioned to the opposite oblique of the leg we had worked on instead of the same side oblique because it felt like my leg was too fatigued to be able to fully work the same side oblique. Other than that i really like Abby’s coaching style! One of my fav instructors at lagree!

    This studio has a small dog running around loose- it’s not aggressive at all and I’m sure the people who read this will roll their eyes but I find it annoying that the dog isn’t leashed and no one seems to be responsible for it.     Great instructor and great workout! Michael gave me multiple modifications for a knee injury I am dealing with and continued to check in throughout class to make sure I was feeling ok. He also demoed everything not just at the start of class, but again before we started each station when groups were switching places.     This class was so challenging and intense. I’ve taken so many hot Pilates classes but this one had me DRIPPING IN SWEAT. Carolina’s playlist is so fire and she demonstrates this positions amazing. The tempo to the class was also great. Literally no complaints will be back!

    Instructor took the time to go over modifications with me before class for an injury I’ve been dealing with, even though there actually ended up being a lot of things I couldn’t do. I appreciated him taking the time to make sure I still got a good workout in! Also, I felt like this was one of the easier to follow Renegade classes I’ve taken!

    If you are a beginner take the intro class first. My class originally was an intro but got switched. I decided to still go due to me doing Pilates a few times before and it was challenging but the instructor was great at giving some one on one. I’d definitely return the workout was amazing!
