She was welcoming and her energy was super calm and grounding. I appreciated her hands on adjustments and overall format of the class. This allowed me to learn each flow and then try it on my own! This promoted independence within my practice and let me add or take out what I wanted. She was supportive and so helpful during class - even bringing towels to those who needed them during class. Would highly recommend booking with Leah for a tough but rewarding experience!
