About this studio

Hikari Yoga is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, opposite to Isquare. 'Hikari' means 'light' in Japanese. Yoga is light, guiding you to find connection with your body, mind and soul. Yoga is alignment of the body, alignment of your mind, self and intelligence. Come find your light at Hikari Yoga. Class etiquette: Late comers will not be allowed to enter the studio!!!

Hikari Yoga is located at Room G, 16/F, Alpha House, 27-33 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, opposite to Isquare. The entrace is on Peking Road, next to store SWATCH.

the instructor is superb!

The instructor is caring and supportive for every student.
Fitball Workout
poor instructed class that no clear explanation to new comer and not assiting on the correct posture.
Aerial Yoga
the workout is intense for me but the teacher and the class is great.

Not really a workout, more like a stretching and massage class
Wheel Yoga
A tiny studio , instructor seems not welcoming at all . Attended the wheel yoga class, but no one tells you must get the wheel outside the classroom before u get in, and the I instructor makes you feels bad for not getting the wheel before u go into the classroom , even you are first time there. Not recommend to all
Hatha Yoga
good for relaxation...i had some real deep stretches

A bit of a challenge first timers but still worth the sweat!

Good stretching. The room was a bit crowded but sufficient props for a good workout
