The workout was great, but you aren't actually working out with anyone at the CrossFit gym at the beginning. It's a separate group, and I was the only one doing the separate workout, which made it quite awkward.

Similar to most cross fits. A series of short workouts done consecutively either for a certain amount of time or a number of rounds within a certain amount of time. Tough. Good instruction. Only odd thing was boot camp is reserved perhaps for newbies or class passers and rest of class did separate strength training from me.

Such good instruction! The coach/owner helped teach me all the moves we would be doing that day. The class size was small and I received a lot of personal attention. We started doing as many rounds of five exercises within 15 minutes. Then we played a "game" where a coin was tossed and each side was associated with an exercise. Then wrapped up with two more challenging exercises that were not timed. I felt like I did a lot of unusual exercises that I haven't done at other Crossfit gyms which was great to learn more variety. Try not to bring any valuables since there are just cubbies near the door which makes me think something could easily walk away! Would absolutely recommend.

What is ClassPass?
